For over 30 years, S M Icecream Mart has been a trusted and leading name in the ice cream industry. Headquartered in Eastern India, we specialize in the manufacturing and trading of essential products that power the ice cream, bakery, and beverage sectors.

We are proud pioneers in ice cream cone and cone sleeve manufacturing in Eastern India—a market we continue to lead. Our manufacturing facility spans 40,000+ sq. ft. and houses over 5 advanced production lines for ice cream cones, chocolates, and plastic containers.

We also operate strategic retail and wholesale points in key Kolkata markets, supported by a strong sales and distribution team that serves clients across Bengal and neighboring states. In addition to our own product lines, we distribute over 300 complementary products catering to the broader food and dessert industries.

As we gear up for significant expansion, including new manufacturing lines for icecream, commercial chocolates and chocolate-based snacks, we are looking for a high-performing, data-driven Sales Leader to join our senior leadership team.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food processing, or related industries
  • Strong experience in client portfolio management, distribution building, and team leadership
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and turn insights into actionable plans
  • Track record of personally closing key accounts and enabling team success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; entrepreneurial and strategic mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
