The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food processing industries. You should have a strong background in client portfolio management, distribution building, and team leadership. Your ability to analyze sales data, close key accounts, and lead a sales team will be crucial in this role. Excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strategic approach are also essential.
