Head of Sales- Rewards and Recognition Sector


Head of Sales


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:

    Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Team Leadership & Development:

    Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Revenue and Market Share Growth:

    Drive new business acquisition, identify and pursue new  accounts, and expand existing client relationships.
  • Market Expansion:

    Identify new market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and oversee the execution of expansion plans.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Product & Market Insights:

    Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to provide market insights, identify emerging trends, and contribute to product roadmap evolution.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:

    Implement robust sales processes, leverage CRM effectively, and provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Partnership Development:

    Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our market reach and solution offerings.


Qualifications

  • MBA / equivalent from an institute of repute

  • Experience:

    Approximately 12+ years of post-MBA experience in

    B2B Sales

    , with significant experience in a leadership capacity. SaaS experience is desired.
  • Industry Expertise:

    Proven track record of success within Payment Solutions Rewards

    , Digital Vouchers, Benefits & Engagement

    , and

    SaaS platform

    sectors.
  • Educational Background:

    MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Leadership Acumen:

    Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
  • Communication & Negotiation:

    Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-Oriented:

    A highly driven and results-oriented individual with a proven ability to consistently exceed targets.
  • Digital Savvy:

    Deep understanding of digital platforms and the evolving landscape of digital rewards.
