Position Overview

dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales for India

Councils growth, revenue acceleration, and market leadership in the region. This role

requires a proven sales leader with deep B2B expertise, strong CXO-level engagement skills,

and the ability to close complex, high-value opportunities while building sustainable, long-

term partnerships across enterprise, government, and academic sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive revenue growth through new client acquisition, channel expansion,

and strategic partnerships.

  • Own and execute Indias sales strategy in alignment with global business objectives.
  • Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with CXOs, policymakers, and

institutional leaders.

  • Lead the complete sales cycle — prospecting, consultative engagement, solution

mapping, negotiation, and closure of high-value deals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success, retention, and

account expansion.

  • Represent EC-Council at major industry events, government forums, and conferences

to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within cybersecurity, IT training, SaaS, or

technology solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value B2B deals and engage with C-level

stakeholders.

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to effectively map client needs to technical

solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of

independently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
