Identify problems and challenges and deploy improvements Process development and deployment - working with internal and external teams/ vendors. Efficient use of CRM tool, Project Management and other tools Business Model Innovation: Develop sustainable revenue streams Develop interconnected models between investments and revenue streams. Build and run high performance teams Develop talent acquisition channels Increase revenue per employee Groom and develop talent Ensure attrition resistance of business Qualification: Experience: 12 Years+ in Automotive/ EV Industry highly preferred with strong experience in sales with an exposure to handling high volumes of revenue numbers per annum and also leading a team. Education: MBA and BE/BTech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Desired candidates must have excellent communication and leadership skills and also a team player
