Head of Sales Department

You should ideally possess a BBA/MBA or any graduate degree, preferably in Textile, along with 5-6 years of experience in Sales. The role is based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process of the organization. Your key duties will include supervising sales plans, evaluating team performance, and developing effective sales strategies to drive growth. You will also be required to oversee the performance of sales teams across different locations. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing sales trends, implementing sales policies, collaborating with other teams for sales leads, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will need to design and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and maintain a strong market presence. Moreover, you will be responsible for recruitment, setting objectives, coaching sales representatives, and monitoring their performance. Building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships will be crucial, along with presenting sales reports, revenue forecasts, and expenses to the management team.
