Head of Sales and Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales Data Processing to drive our sales efforts within the Data Management department. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background with 15-18 years of sales experience in the international BPO sector, particularly focusing on non-voice projects. An in-depth understanding of the North American market, pricing strategies, and extensive experience in managing large-scale deals through inside and enterprise sales are essential for this role. The successful candidate must have prior leadership experience in overseeing a sales team of 6+ members in areas such as Data Management, Data Processing, Data Analytics, and Research Services for a minimum of four years. Proficiency in GenAI and automation in data processing is highly desirable. This position is located in Banaswadi and follows a US shift schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and expand the sales team to surpass targets, with annual objectives exceeding $3M. - Strategically manage enterprise and inside sales activities to handle large deal sizes on a global scale. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of North American markets and adjust pricing models accordingly. - Supervise a team across multiple domains, ensuring seamless collaboration and the attainment of business objectives. - Utilize expertise in GenAI and automation to foster innovation and efficiency in sales processes. - Operationally manage business segments with annual turnovers surpassing $6M.
