Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and maintain high customer service standards.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store displays.
• Track inventory, manage stock, and coordinate with backend teams.
• Train, motivate, and support store staff for peak performance.
• Handle customer queries and build long-term client relationships.
• Support promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–4 years experience in Fashion Retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and customer engagement.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing store operations.
• Flexible to work shifts/weekends as per retail requirements.
