Job Description

As the Head of Recruiting & Bench Sales Operations at our Hyderabad location, you will be responsible for managing our India-based team and optimizing our dual-vertical operations. Your role will involve overseeing recruiting operations, bench sales strategies, team leadership, and business development initiatives. In this position, you will lead, mentor, and develop the recruiter team and bench sales teams in India. You will establish performance metrics, targets, and KPIs for both verticals, conduct regular team meetings, and provide performance updates to US-based leadership. Additionally, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, maintain relationships with candidates and talent pools, and ensure adherence to technical screening standards. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing strategies to place bench resources with clients and prime vendors, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and optimizing sales processes to increase bench utilization. You will be expected to identify opportunities for business growth, implement process improvements, and collaborate with US leadership on strategic initiatives. To qualify for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. A proven track record in technical recruitment and sales, a technical background, and a strong understanding of the US IT staffing market are essential. Excellent communication skills in English, the ability to work effectively with remote teams, and demonstrated experience building and managing teams are required. Preferred qualifications include a background in software development or IT consulting, experience working with US-based clients, knowledge of multiple technical domains, and prior experience in a startup or scaling company environment.
