Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  overall Quality function

  – Supplier, Manufacturing, Customer, and New Product Development
• Ensure

  compliance with IATF 16949:2016

  , ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements
• Handle

  customer audits, PPAPs, APQPs

  , and interface with OEM customers
• Drive

  root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and zero-defect culture

• Lead

  cross-functional quality teams

  to deliver KPIs and customer satisfaction
• Build and mentor a high-performing quality team

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Production)

• 15+ years

  of experience in Tier-1 auto parts manufacturing
• Deep knowledge of

  OEM requirements, IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA

• Proven experience in managing audits and customer escalations
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving abilities
