Job Location : Kherdi,SilvassaJob Title: AGM - Quality -CRGO DivisionDepartment : Quality Assurance /QAQCJob Summary:The Quality Head/AGM will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within KRYFS Power Components Limited. This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of quality professionals to achieve excellence in product quality.Key Responsibilities:.Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.Lead and mentor the quality team to ensure high performance.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.Prepare and present quality reports to senior managementQualifications:.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management.Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plusSkills:.Strong knowledge of quality management systems.Expertise in ISO standards.Leadership and team management skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologiesCandidates preferred from the CRGO Laminations -Electrical Steel Industry onlyCTC : To be discussed
