📌 Hiring: QC Head – Textile Unit

Key Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of textile fabrics, processes, and quality standards
  • Hands-on experience in quality inspection and testing methods
  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with QC tools, quality systems, and reporting software
  • Good communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Control team across all stages of textile production
  • Ensure quality checks at every stage: raw material, in-process, and final inspection
  • Develop, implement, and improve quality standards, SOPs, and inspection processes
  • Maintain accurate records of quality reports, test results, and non-conformance
  • Identify defects and drive corrective & preventive actions
  • Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to enhance product quality
  • Conduct training sessions for QC staff on inspection methods and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare daily/weekly QC reports for management review
