Head of Production

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all production activities to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Your role will involve monitoring daily production schedules, efficiently allocating resources, and ensuring optimal machine utilization. You will implement quality control measures to uphold high printing standards and minimize defects. Leading and supervising the production team will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, ensuring productivity, discipline, and safety compliance. Collaboration with planning, procurement, and sales teams will be essential to maintain a smooth workflow and timely execution. You will also be expected to identify process improvements and introduce cost-effective production techniques.
