Position Summary:

Production Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily plant operations, including blending, filling, grease manufacturing, and packaging.
• Develop and implement effective production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet company targets.
• Monitor production performance and initiate continuous improvement activities to optimize output, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the QC/QA team to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Maintain inventory levels for raw materials, base oil, additives, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
• Coordinate with the procurement and sales departments for demand planning and supply chain alignment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and manage the production budget.
• Provide training and development to production staff for skill enhancement and performance improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  10+ years

  of proven experience in the

  lubricant manufacturing industry

  , preferably in production leadership roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of

  base oil, blending processes, additives, grease production

  , and

  quality control

  .
• Prior experience in managing plant operations, production planning, and team supervision.
• Familiarity with manufacturing standards, EHS practices, and ISO systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and drive performance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Nepal (relocation assistance will be provided).
