Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor daily production across

  forging, threading, and secondary operations

  .
• Ensure

  machine uptime

  , process efficiency, and compliance with

  IATF/ISO standards

  .
• Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
• Coordinate with

  Quality, Maintenance, and PPC

  departments for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Control production costs, reduce wastage, and implement

  continuous improvement initiatives

  .

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E.

  in

  Mechanical

  or

  Production Engineering

  (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 15

  years of experience

  in production management, with at least

  5 years in cold forging or fastener manufacturing

  .
• Strong technical knowledge of

  cold headers, thread rolling, tooling, and process optimization

  .
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
