Role Summary Responsible for overseeing end-to-end production of cold-forged components and fasteners . The role ensures achievement of daily production targets, adherence to quality standards, and on-time delivery through effective production planning, manpower management, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor daily production across forging, threading, and secondary operations . Ensure machine uptime , process efficiency, and compliance with IATF/ISO standards . Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve productivity and quality objectives. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and PPC departments for smooth workflow and issue resolution. Control production costs, reduce wastage, and implement continuous improvement initiatives . Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering (MBA preferred). Minimum 15 years of experience in production management, with at least 5 years in cold forging or fastener manufacturing . Strong technical knowledge of cold headers, thread rolling, tooling, and process optimization . Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
