You will be responsible for overseeing production planning, production management, operations management, team management, and budgeting activities on a day-to-day basis as the Head of Production Department at Lub Dub Medical Technologies, a leading manufacturer of medical equipment parts, spares, Accessories, and consumables. With over 25 years of successful operation, the company offers an extensive product line including Critical Care Accessories, OR Accessories and Supplies, Advanced Medical Imaging Accessories and Software, Biomedical Test & Safety Equipments which are widely used in various healthcare settings. As the Head of Production Department, you are expected to possess skills in Production Planning, Production Management, Operations Management, Team Management, and Budgeting. Additionally, experience in managing production departments, strong leadership, decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, and previous experience in the medical device industry would be considered a plus.
