Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 & ISO 9001:2015 standards. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections to maintain product consistency and reliability. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA) to reduce defects and improve efficiency. Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality at every stage. Manage customer complaints and audits, ensuring continuous improvement in QMS. Requirements: Experience: 0-5 years in quality within automotive, industrial, or related manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, and regulatory standards. Basic understanding of PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
