• Build seasonal 

  merchandise architecture

   and financial plans in line with brand vision and revenue targets
• Lead the 

  end-to-end execution

   of collections — from proto development to bulk delivery
• Manage 

  inventory and warehouse operations

   with a sharp eye on sustainability and cost control
• Coordinate and execute 

  bespoke & made-to-measure (MTM)

   orders from MBOs with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Explore and implement 

  innovative production technology

   and tools to drive efficiency
• Own and optimize processes using 

  SAP

   and related systems
• Lead a growing merchandising team and collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Business

• 7–10 years of experience in fashion merchandising, planning, or buying
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the product lifecycle
• Proven ability to manage sourcing, planning, and warehouse workflows
• Experience with 

  bespoke/MTM orders

  , SAP systems, and sustainable practices
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
