Material Selection: Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories that enhance the performance, durability, and style of the products. Work with suppliers to source high-quality, innovative materials that meet design and functional requirements. Skill Requirement Good knowledge of fabric material, design details and fabric construction Produce sketches, mock-ups, and digital renderings to bring design concepts to life Understanding of application of fabrications and an assortment of trims Collaborate with internal teams to Design innovative and on-trend apparels and accessories goods that resonate with our target audience Minimum candidate qualifications Degree in FashionDesign, Min work experience in an Export or Indian Designer Brand for 6-7years. Strong understanding of pattern making, Indian embroidery and various printing techniques. 6-7 years of experience in either Export or Indian Designer Label (Both Mens & Womenswear) Ability to interpret fashion trends and translate them into commercial designs. Sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a must Experience in CLO 3D and VStitcherwill be added advantage Advanced visual and written communication skills Team Management Monitor and manage timelines / Calendar & Presentation schedules Monitorsmooth interdepartmentalcommunication Motivate and monitor Junior Designers progress and growth.
