The Role

We’re looking to work with someone experienced in building strategic partnerships—someone who’s led complex conversations, opened meaningful doors, and navigated multi-stakeholder environments. You’ll play a key role in helping us engage with the right partners across real estate, culinary supply, and service ecosystems.

This role is not about volume or vanity metrics. It’s about alignment, long-term thinking, and thoughtful execution. We’re not trying to “scale fast”—we're trying to build something durable. That means we’re looking for someone who understands nuance, and who’s comfortable shaping structure in a space where there isn’t one yet.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with property owners, supply chain operators, institutions, and independent service providers
• Shape early partnership models, pilots, and terms that create value for both sides
• Develop playbooks as we learn what works, and what needs rethinking
• Represent Paxika with thoughtfulness, credibility, and clarity
• Collaborate with the founding team to align external relationships with internal product and community goals

Who This Is For

• Worked in senior roles across partnerships, business development, growth, or commercial strategy
• You’re used to navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and moving complex relationships forward
• You understand the texture of the hospitality world—either through real estate, food, services, or platforms
• You might be advising other companies, exploring new challenges, or looking for purpose-driven projects where your experience has real leverage
• You’re comfortable with performance-linked engagements and understand that early-stage work takes patience and perspective.
