As the Head of Partnerships at Krest Priv, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the exclusive members-only world where luxury is not just consumed but co-created. Your primary objective will be to architect and implement global partnership strategies that elevate the prestige, profitability, and influence of Krest Priv. You will be at the forefront of nurturing relationships with luxury brands, real estate entities, hospitality establishments, art institutions, private banks, legacy media, and creators of high-touch experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing and overseeing the partnerships ecosystem for Krest Priv, encompassing collaborations with brands, venues, and private label ventures. You will be tasked with securing partnerships with ultra-luxury experience providers for elite gatherings and campaigns, as well as forging strategic alliances with private client firms, family offices, and lifestyle influencers to expand the Krest Priv community. Additionally, you will collaborate with brands that resonate with the ethos of Krest Priv - timeless, rare, and discreet - to co-create high-value propositions. Working closely with the founding team, you will explore avenues to monetize influence through co-branded intellectual properties, silent patrons, and exclusive barter arrangements. The ideal candidate for this role would have 5-10 years of experience in luxury partnerships, brand alliances, or strategic business development, with a robust network within luxury, art, hospitality, and HNWI/UHNWI ecosystems. You should possess a track record of crafting and finalizing co-branded high-value partnerships, along with exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and brand alignment skills. A strategic thinker with the demeanor of a founder, the tact of a diplomat, and the agility of a power broker, you should demonstrate a keen understanding of cultural capital, trend cycles, and subtle influence.
