Job Description This role involves developing and executing partnership strategies, securing and managing high-value alliances, and leveraging these relationships to fuel performance-driven marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities include: Designing and executing partnership strategies aligned with growth goals. Identifying, onboarding, and negotiating with strategic partners, including corporates for employee upskilling initiatives. Managing long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary contact to ensure effective communication and operational excellence. Monitoring and optimizing partner performance and resolving issues proactively. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new partnership opportunities. Reporting on partnership outcomes and their impact on business growth. Qualifications: Experience in EdTech or online education preferred. Proven success in building strategic partnerships and executing data-driven marketing. Strong digital marketing knowledge, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
