Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Head of Operations to join our leadership team and spearhead the growth of Openly. You will be the strategic force behind the app's success, shaping its operational backbone, community-led growth, and authentic brand identity. This is a key leadership role perfect for someone who is passionate about mental wellness and skilled in building scalable, mission-driven businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Mission-Driven Operations:

  • Design and oversee all operational processes to ensure a seamless, secure, and supportive user experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies for content moderation, user safety, and community guidelines.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with mental health professionals and wellness experts.
  • Community-Led Growth:

  • Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive growth through authentic, community-focused initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze user data to inform and refine the growth strategy.
  • Authentic Brand Building:

  • Define, build, and champion the Openly brand, ensuring its voice is authentic and resonant.
  • Lead marketing and communication strategies to build brand awareness and trust.
  • Position Openly as a thought leader in men's emotional wellness.


Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in an operational or growth-focused leadership role, ideally in a consumer tech, wellness, or community-based startup.
  • A profound passion for and understanding of mental and emotional wellness.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategies for operational efficiency and user growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand building and marketing.
  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to set and track KPIs.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a high degree of empathy.
