As a Quality Control Team Supervisor, your primary objective is to oversee, support, and supervise the team to ensure a steady flow of daily work completion. You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely requests, creating subject matter expertise, and providing necessary backups across the processes. It is vital to maintain quality assurance on critical functions, implement risk mitigation strategies, and stay updated on AMC/KYC firm-wide standards to guide the team effectively. Your focus should be on maintaining productivity standards and delivering top-notch customer service. Building effective relationships with internal clients and AMCs is a crucial aspect of this role. You will be required to manage people, stay updated on laws, provisions, and compliances related to Wealth Management, and foster good team building practices in alignment with Wealth Management rules and laws. You will collaborate with various stakeholders such as data providers, data content owners, data consumers, and data modelers as part of the operations partners team. Preferred candidates for this role are graduates with a minimum of 9 years of experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, compliance, risk management, or other service sector environments. Alternatively, qualified professionals (e.g., CA, ICWA, MBA) with 5 years of relevant experience in Client Service, Operations Sales, Portfolio Management, or Implementation functions are encouraged to apply.
