Head of Operations ( Fire Protection System Projects)

We are looking for a operations professional with deep expertise in Fire Protection Systems for high-rise buildings. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, team leadership, cost and quality control, and customer coordination across multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of FPS projects across multiple sites

Must have experience in handling large in-house execution teams

Manage residential and commercial high-rise FPS installations end-to-end

Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Billing, and PMC teams for seamless

execution

Ensure JMS tracking, BOQ compliance, WIP updates, and material reconciliation

Taking responsible for project budgeting, billing milestones, and profitability

Conduct periodic site audits to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery

Manage multiple project teams and site staff across various locations

Drive timeline adherence, manpower planning, and performance reviews

Required Experience & Skills:

B.E. / B.Tech /M Tech in Mechanical

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Fire Protection Systems project

management

Must have handled in-house manpower (fitters, welders, supervisors, etc.)

Proven track record in high-rise residential & commercial building projects

Expertise in planning, execution, and billing of FPS projects

Proficient in NBC, IS, NFPA codes, and safety compliance standards

Strong command over managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneously

Familiarity with ERP-based tracking, documentation, and dashboards
