We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Planning Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Hyderabad! Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and timelines. Perform detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and control budgets. Collaborate with site teams to monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with schedules. Analyze and mitigate risks to ensure project completion within time and cost parameters. Study new tenders and prepare bids, including all supporting documents. Prepare and review project documentation and reports. Assist and remind management about procurement needs to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 5 years in planning and quantity surveying in the construction industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and at least one planning tool (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze project data and provide actionable insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Tendering Expertise: Experience in preparing tender bids and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place. Taking care of QA/QC workmanship at site along with documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. · Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations. § Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents. § Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes. § Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials. § Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes. § Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems. § Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyse all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements. · Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes. § Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project. § Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant § Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.

Major Roles and Responsibilities of Project Manager 1. Project Planning & Mobilization Phase• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on approved drawings and specifications. • Develop Project Execution Plan (PEP) with scope, milestones, and quality/safety benchmarks. • Prepare master construction schedule using Primavera/MS Project. • Coordinate statutory approvals and resource mobilization. 2. Execution & Site Management• Supervise all site construction activities across civil, structural, and finishing stages. • Manage and coordinate contractors, vendors, and consultants. • Conduct regular progress meetings and issue reports. • Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications. 3. Cost Management & Financial Control• Prepare and monitor project budget and cash flow. • Verify and approve contractor RA bills, work progress certificates, and payment recommendations. • Prepare Monthly Reconciliation Statements for: o Cement, steel, aggregates, and other key construction materials. o Client vs. contractor billing. o Advance recoveries, retention money, and variation claims. • Conduct monthly cost reviews with Accounts and Procurement departments to ensure cost control and identify overruns early. • Approve payments and manage cost control systems. 4. Quality Assurance & Technical Compliance• Implement QA/QC procedures per IS codes and project standards. • Maintain inspection reports, test plans, and NCR logs. • Coordinate design revisions and quality audits. 5. Stakeholder & Communication Management• Act as single point of contact for client, consultants, and contractors. • Conduct review meetings and circulate minutes. • Ensure transparency and timely communication.
