Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the team
of Site Engineers, Supervisors and other staff towards the project goals
Deliver the project in time and according to
quality
standards
Coordinate with architects, consultants and clients regarding the drawings, schedules, billing and extra items
Work closely with the higher management for procurement,
costing, billing, progress reporting etc..

Preferred candidate profile

Common sense is the biggest requirement
Should be a good communicator with good
English writing and speaking skills
Should be comfortable in
excel, powerpoint and autocad
Should be able to read, understand and explain all Civil Engineering Drawings
Modest, friendly and likeable by the team
Attention to detail and quality
of output
Should have healthy appreciation for
site safety and house keeping
and presentability
NICMAR graduates will receive special attention
"Should be ready to provide solid references and should be prepared for rigorous interview process"
