Role Head of operations Digital marketing , job location - Malad west We are Looking for Stong operational person from Digital marketing agency backgound with expertise in Lead Generation, Web site development and team handling. Handling Billing, Project estimation will be an added advantage Digital Marketing Execution and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing ideas to drive Client requiremetn, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure successful execution of strategies. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, helping them develop their skills and achieve team goals. Provide training and guidance on best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall teams performance. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that KPIs are met or exceeded. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate the ROI of digital marketing efforts. Domain Expertise- Should have Strong knowledge in Lead generation Linkedin, Meta, Insta add, along with all aspects in Digital Marketing. Should have knowledge in estimating project requirements and billing.Should be familiar in billing
