• Lead day-to-day

  across venues.
• Drive flawless execution of

  matches, leagues & corporate tournaments

• Build & manage the on-ground team + vendor network.
• Ensure operational excellence through

  SOPs, KPIs & tech-driven systems

• Be the go-to person for

  teams, academies & corporate clients

• 5+ years in

  sports operations, event management, or hospitality

  .
• Strong leadership, people & process management skills.
• Passion for cricket and deep knowledge of match/ground requirements.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver at scale.
