Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for the Head of New Business is based in Noida. The Head of New Business will oversee the development and execution of business growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and implementing business strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Flair and experience of Building an ecosystem around a sales organisation is a must.
Entrepreneurship skills a must.
New Business Development and Business Development skills.
Experience in Business Planning and Business Strategy. AOP understanding and sensitivity of to over achieve through the team.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the food industry is desirable but not necessary.
