Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for the position of Business Head HoReCa at KINAKI Food Products. The Business Head will be responsible for managing and expanding the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) business segment. Day-to-day tasks include developing business strategies, overseeing operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the segment. This role demands a proactive leader with strong organizational and management skills.

Qualifications

• Business Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Financial Management skills
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Quality Control skills
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
• Experience in the HoReCa industry is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
