Head of Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to spearhead our brand and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in building, scaling, and rejuvenating brands through integrated marketing initiatives. This role requires a high-energy professional who combines strategic vision with executional excellence, and who can drive brand conversions in today’s competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies covering 360° channels: ATL, BTL, PR, digital, and activations.
• Build and strengthen brand positioning to deliver measurable impact on consumer conversion and purchase.
• Lead innovation in brand management with creative campaigns and market-first initiatives.
• Leverage tools and platforms in digital marketing, PR, quick commerce, and e-commerce to maximize ROI.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated execution of marketing plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to guide brand strategy.
• Drive organizational impact with a focus on long-term brand building and business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per month
