Wealth Manager

Job Title : Wealth Manager – Private Client Group (PCG) Role Summary : The Wealth Manager in the Private Client Group (PCG) is responsible for providing personalized financial advice and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, families, and businesses. The role focuses on holistic financial planning, investment advisory, portfolio management, and estate planning. Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management : Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients. Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences. Financial Planning & Advisory : Develop customized financial plans, including retirement, tax, and estate planning. Provide investment advisory across asset classes (equity, debt, mutual funds, alternatives). Portfolio Management : Monitor client portfolios to ensure alignment with goals. Rebalance and recommend portfolio adjustments as needed. Product & Solution Offering : Collaborate with product teams to provide appropriate wealth solutions: structured products, PMS, AIFs, insurance, etc. Keep abreast of market trends and new products. Compliance & Risk : Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and risk management guidelines. Business Development : Identify opportunities to grow Assets Under Management (AUM). Network to acquire new clients through referrals, events, and partnerships. Qualifications : Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related fields; MBA/CFP/CFA preferred. 2+ years of experience in wealth management or related financial advisory roles. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory norms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
