Business Development Head role

Note: This is a complete profit-sharing role for a few months at the start with No Compensation.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth Strategy

• Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Meta, and performance channels
• Drive influencer collaborations, UGC strategies, and customer acquisition funnels
• Build B2B outreach to salons, wellness spaces, and retail chains

Brand & Marketing Leadership

• Develop emotionally resonant campaigns aligned with Indian cultural moments
• Optimize website, WhatsApp flows, and customer engagement automation
• Craft compelling product stories and conversion-focused messaging

Partnership & Vision

• Work closely with the founder to co-create brand strategy and expansion roadmap
• Bring fresh ideas, market insights, and innovation to the table
• Operate with an investing mindset—balancing affordability with long-term brand equity

What You Bring

✅ Proven experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or D2C brand building

✅ Strong grasp of digital marketing, influencer strategy, and customer psychology

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative

✅ Willingness to invest time, energy, and strategic thinking in exchange for profit share

✅ Passion for clean beauty, ethical branding, and making luxury accessible
