Head of Maintenance

Job Description: You will be overseeing operations at our Metal Recovery Plant located in O&M Site, Rajasthan, within the Metal Recovery industry focusing on Hydro, Pyro, Cadmium, Cobalt, Zinc, and Copper. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient production processes, optimize resource utilization, and uphold high safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess previous relevant experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end metal recovery processes encompassing Hydro, Pyro, Cadmium, Cobalt, Zinc, and Copper recovery. - Implement best practices to enhance production efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce downtime through process optimization. - Ensure all production activities adhere to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards to maintain quality and compliance. - Lead and mentor the production team to drive operational excellence and foster team leadership. - Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure seamless plant operations, focusing on maintenance and reliability. - Monitor budgets and devise cost-effective strategies to improve processes for effective cost control. - Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and best practices, emphasizing safety and environmental compliance. Qualifications & Experience: - Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years in metal recovery or smelting operations, with a preference for candidates with experience in similar metal recovery units. Skills & Competencies: - Profound technical knowledge of Hydro, Pyro, and electro-metallurgical processes. - Expertise in Zinc, Copper, Cadmium, and Cobalt recovery technologies. - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet production targets effectively.
