Job Summary:

Develop and implement a world-class investor relations program aligned with the NBFC's objectives.

- Prepare and deliver investor presentations, quarterly/annual results disclosures, and management commentary for analysts and stakeholders.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, analysts, rating agencies, and investment bankers.

- Craft and disseminate clear, consistent investment messaging to all audiences; prepare press releases and regulatory disclosures in compliance with listing norms.

- Organize and lead investor and analyst meetings, earnings calls, conferences, roadshows, and capital market days.

Conduct peer benchmarking, competitor analysis, and provide reports on share price, analyst coverage, and market trends.

- Support fundraising initiatives, monitor investor feedback, and ensure regular, accurate reporting to executive leadership.

- Supervise the preparation of the Annual Report and investor packs.

- Maintain up-to-date investor databases and ensure all communication records are complete.

- Manage crisis communication with accuracy and consistency as required
