About the Role

Head – Investment Banking


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fund-raising mandates (late-stage), capital market deals & M&A transactions
  • Drive deal origination, structuring, negotiations & end-to-end execution
  • Deliver research-backed idea generation and private company monitoring
  • Manage key corporate & investor relationships
  • Support strategic initiatives including AIF setup and cross-functional hiring


What We’re Looking For

  • 10–18 years in Investment Banking / M&A / Corporate Finance
  • Strong network across corporates, PE/VC, and family offices
  • Proven ability to close large deals (₹50–₹200 Cr+)
  • Excellent financial modelling, valuation & negotiation skills
  • Leadership experience in managing IB teams
