Head of Investment Banking

Role Overview: As a dynamic Head of Investment Banking, you will be responsible for leading fund-raising, M&A, and capital market transactions for our group. Your role will require strong deal-making capabilities, deep sector expertise, and a successful track record of closing high-value transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead fund-raising mandates for late-stage investments, capital market deals, and M&A transactions - Drive deal origination, structuring, negotiations, and end-to-end execution - Deliver research-backed idea generation and monitor private companies - Manage key corporate and investor relationships - Support strategic initiatives such as AIF setup and cross-functional hiring Qualifications Required: - 10-18 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Corporate Finance - Strong network across corporates, PE/VC, and family offices - Proven ability to close large deals exceeding 50-200 crores - Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and negotiation skills - Leadership experience in managing Investment Banking teams,
