Head of International Expansion (Master Franchising)

As the Head of International Expansion at Hoora Technologies, your primary mission will be to define and implement the global market entry strategy through the Master Franchising model for Hoora's Vehicle 360 service ecosystem. Your role will involve sourcing, evaluating, and finalizing partnerships crucial for the successful launch and expansion of the service in international markets, ensuring brand integrity and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive legal, financial, and operational framework for the scalable Master Franchising model to drive strategic growth. - Lead target market assessment, competitive analysis, regulatory compliance, and adaptation of the service model for successful market entry. - Take ownership of the international P&L, create multi-year royalty projections, and manage the expansion budget effectively. - Identify, evaluate, and secure master franchisee partners with strong operational expertise and financial capabilities. - Lead negotiations to structure and finalize robust franchise agreements with favorable terms for territory rights and performance. - Ensure all agreements and operational transfers comply with international foreign investment and business laws. - Oversee the transfer and localization of operational playbook, technology platform, and service standards to maintain consistency. - Establish governance protocols and monitoring systems to ensure franchisee compliance, service quality, and performance targets achievement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in senior roles focusing on international business development, strategy, or high-value franchising. - Proven track record in establishing and executing Master Franchising or Multi-Unit Franchising models. - Expertise in large-scale Service sector franchising or mobility/automotive services with a strong focus on standardization. - Demonstrated ability in structuring, negotiating, and successfully closing complex multi-million dollar international agreements. - Exceptional cross-cultural negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
