The Insurance Relationships Head will be responsible for managing and growing ekincares strategic partnerships with insurance companies across India. This role will focus on driving new business opportunities through strengthening relationships, and ensuring alignment between ekincares solutions and the evolving needs of the insurance ecosystem.
- RFQs Achieve 90% of RFQs sourced through insurance partners
- Conversion Rate Maintain 50%+ conversion of RFQs which was won by Insurance companies
- Preferred Partner Positioning Establish ekincare as the go-to partner for insurance companies
- Revenue Growth Drive measurable revenue contribution from insurer-driven accounts
- Partner Satisfaction Achieve strong NPS/CSAT scores from insurance partners
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with CXOs, business heads, key decision makers, and influencers within insurance companies.
- Position ekincare as a preferred strategic partner in insurer health & wellness initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth through insurer-led opportunities and joint GTM initiatives.
- Collaborate with insurers to co-create differentiated health & wellness products for corporate clients.
- Negotiate and manage commercial terms with insurers to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Track insurer business priorities, product launches, and evolving market strategies to identify partnership opportunities.
- Drive 90%+ participation of insurers in RFQs, ensuring strong pipeline creation.
- Achieve 50%+ conversion of insurer-led opportunities into revenue.
- Represent ekincare in CXO forums, joint steering committees, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
- Monitor insurer partnership KPIs (revenue, RFQ participation, conversion, product adoption).
- Ensure insurer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth through proactive engagement and joint success planning.
- Experience: 8-12 years in insurance partnerships, B2B healthcare, or corporate wellness, preferably with exposure to healthtech or SaaS.
- Network: Strong existing relationships with insurance companies in India.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
