We are looking for a dynamic Head of Technology & Operations to lead global engineering teams, drive large-scale delivery, and build scalable operational excellence for a fast-growing deep-tech organization.

📍 Location: Pune (Candidates only from Pune will be considered)

👤 Reports to: CEO

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering; MBA preferred

💼 Experience: 20–25+ years in Technology Services / Product Engineering

Technology & Delivery Leadership

Lead global teams across Embedded, IoT, Cloud, and AI

Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of complex multi-geo programs

Build scalable delivery frameworks and governance models

Business Operations Excellence

Oversee delivery, resource planning, quality, and process excellence

Strengthen operational KPIs to ensure customer success & margin growth

P&L & Growth Management

Own delivery P&L and drive profitability & revenue growth

Partner with sales & customer success for strategic planning

Leadership & Strategy

Inspire large, diverse teams and drive cultural transformation

Translate strategic vision into actionable plans

Support new initiatives including global expansion & product development

Proven success managing global delivery organizations

Strong understanding of P&L, governance, and customer success

Experience in embedded systems, IoT, industrial automation (preferred)

Executive presence, high EQ & strong stakeholder management
