Role Overview: As the Head of Technology & Operations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital transformation for a fast-growing deep-tech organization in Pune. You will be responsible for leading global engineering teams, driving large-scale delivery, and establishing scalable operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead global teams specializing in Embedded, IoT, Cloud, and AI technologies - Ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of complex multi-geo programs - Develop scalable delivery frameworks and governance models - Oversee business operations including delivery, resource planning, quality, and process excellence - Strengthen operational KPIs to drive customer success and margin growth - Take ownership of delivery P&L and focus on driving profitability and revenue growth - Collaborate with sales and customer success teams for strategic planning - Inspire and lead diverse teams, fostering cultural transformation - Translate strategic vision into actionable plans - Support new initiatives such as global expansion and product development Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred - 20+ years of experience in Technology Services or Product Engineering - Proven success in managing global delivery organizations - Strong understanding of P&L, governance, and customer success - Experience in embedded systems, IoT, and industrial automation is preferred - Executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and effective stakeholder management skills Note: Candidates only from Pune will be considered for this position.
