The Head of Culture and HR will shape our workplace culture and optimize HR practices. You'll ensure a positive, high-performing environment while managing recruitment, engagement, and compliance. You will be directly responsible for safeguarding employee welfare and designing clear growth pathways to monitor and support professional development.

This will be an in-person full time role from our studio in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop programs to boost employee motivation, satisfaction, and well-being.

Support performance reviews and collaborate with managers on growth plans.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Maintain HR records (salaries, employee data, leave tracking).

Foster transparent communication across teams.

Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment.

Stay updated on HR trends and propose culture-focused solutions.

Help in organizing right skill building workshops and the yearly offsite.

Who You Are

Experienced in HR/culture roles/ project management roles in a creative industry.

Strong communicator with a proactive, people-first approach.
