THE ROLE
We are seeking a Head of HR to lead and build the HR function across the group. This role calls forsomeone who can operate at both strategic and execution levels setting direction while alsogetting things done. The right candidate needs to be passionate about organizational health, operationalefficiency, and people development in a B2B tech group that is looking to scale.Span of Control: Start from a build out stage and lead the HR function for the organisation.Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 institutePost Qualification Experience: 10-15 years of HR experience in BFSI Software Product companies with at leat 2 years in a leadership roleDesignation: Head HRLocation: Thane Reporting to: CEO


JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPeople Strategy & CultureDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goalsChampion core values and strengthen work culture across teamsPartner with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and changemanagement


Talent Acquisition & Employer BrandingOversee hiring plans in collaboration with leadersLead end-to-end recruitment efforts for all rolesBuild a strong employer brand and candidate experience


Performance, Learning & DevelopmentDesign and run performance management/appraisal processesIdentify learning needs and launch development programsWork with managers to improve team performance and morale


Compensation, Benefits & HR OperationsManage the compensation structuresManage employee benefits and HR systems/toolsEnsure compliance with labor laws, audits, and HR documentation


Employee Experience & EngagementBuild a positive employee experience acrossOwn onboarding, feedback mechanisms, and engagement surveysAddress employee relations issues in line with the company ethos


CANDIDATE PROFILEExperience and Competencies10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ in a leadership capacityPrior experience in fast-paced, scaling tech or B2B software companiesStrong understanding of modern HR practices, tools, and employment lawAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionExceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
