Head of Growth - D2C

You will oversee performance marketing initiatives such as paid social, paid search, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships. Additionally, optimizing conversion funnels, customer lifecycle strategies, and identifying new growth channels will be key aspects of your role. Collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams will be essential to build a strong growth engine that enhances revenue and brand awareness. As a startup, this role will require a hands-on approach, working closely with key stakeholders and executing strategies yourself rather than managing large teams. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA or an equivalent degree from a top-tier school, along with at least 5 years of D2C growth experience, preferably in the dietary supplements, wellness, CPG, or related industry. Deep expertise in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with growth metrics and tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics are essential. A passion for health and wellness, leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of scaling high-growth brands are also desired qualifications.
