Job Title:

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Growth

Design and implement gold loan growth strategy across Maharashtra and Karnataka
Own AUM, disbursement, and revenue targets
Plan new branch expansion, target markets, and local partnerships

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and motivate branch-level sales and operations teams
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and improve productivity
Build a high-performance culture with strong focus on customer service

Product & Pricing

Manage gold loan products, LTV structures, interest pricing
Suggest innovations, top-up/repledge schemes, and customer retention strategies

Risk & Compliance

Ensure 100% compliance with RBI, audit, and internal SOPs
Monitor gold purity checks, valuation practices, documentation, and storage
Investigate frauds, resolve escalations, and initiate corrective actions

Collections & Portfolio Quality

Drive collections discipline through field teams
Monitor delinquency, recovery, and auction processes
Ensure NPA remains under control

Reporting & Analytics

Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reporting on business KPIs
Analyse branch-level performance and implement corrective plans

Candidate Profile

Experience:
10+ years in Gold Loans with at least 3 years in leadership
Industry:
NBFCs/Banks with strong gold loan presence
Skills:

Team handling across multiple branches
In-depth knowledge of gold appraisal, market dynamics, and regulatory environment
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Familiarity with loan management systems and audit norms

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or relevant field
Marathi/Kannada speaking preferred
Willingness to travel extensively
