Job Title: Head of Fund Integration Hedge Funds

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Hedge Fund Integration function. The Head of Fund Integration will oversee the end-to-end onboarding and migration of hedge fund clients across global jurisdictions, ensuring seamless setup, data conversion, and platform integration. This role requires deep domain expertise in hedge fund operations, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with fund accounting systems such as Geneva/Paxus/InvetOne.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, driving automation and process improvements, and serving as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients during onboarding. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and technical fluency across fund platforms.

Job Specification
- Lead global hedge fund onboarding and integration projects across multiple platforms
- Define and execute integration strategy aligned with business goals and client expectations
- Oversee fund setup, data migration, reconciliation, and system configuration
- Collaborate with technology teams to drive automation and reporting enhancements
- Review fund documentation and ensure accurate translation into system logic
- Manage client communications, project timelines, and delivery milestones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements during onboarding
- Develop and maintain SOPs, project plans, and escalation protocols
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight for the integration team
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve onboarding efficiency and quality
Skills Required
- 15+ years of experience in hedge fund administration, onboarding, or fund systems integration
- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale fund onboarding programs
- Strong understanding of hedge fund structures, NAV processes, fee models, and investor accounting
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Geneva/Paxus/InvestOne.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Educational background: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / M.Com or equivalent
