 Roles & Responsibilities
 
  -  Execution of Projects installations within customer committed timeline  
-  Appointment, Training and Upgradation of Installation partners across regions  
-  Completion & handover of commissioned sited within customer committed timeline  
-  New Vendor Onboarding, Vendor management, negotiation and finalization for project execution  
-  Completion of projects within estimated budget  
-  Manage a team of project engineers across few regions  
-  Handling Project escalation, regular project updates to internal external stakeholder  
-  Meeting ongoing Projects Customer, PMC, Consultants on regular basis and maintaining good cordial relationships with them  
-  Certification of ongoing Projects, Supply and installation measurements on timely manner to maintain positive cashflow of each ongoing project  
-  knowledge Upgradation of Projects, Service Team on 75F Product Portfolio and Project Standards on regular basis  
-  Maintaining log sheets for site engineers to avoid any needless OT's/ NSA's on ongoing projects  
-  Execution of projects only through installation vendors  
-  Attending site kick-off's, Site progress meeting, Site Reviews on regular basis whenever asked by Project stakeholders  
-  Set up the pre and post-sales customer support infrastructure. Will include call logging, escalation, deployment of in-house & outsourced engineers in the field, call closure, and monitoring of customer SLAs.  
-  Set up post-sales tech support infrastructure. Will include in-depth troubleshooting on 75F hardware & software platforms, Root Cause Analysis reporting, reference library & training tools, remote installations etc.  
-  Create infrastructure for providing pre-sales support for site surveys, and audits & assist in project proposals.  
-  Build a sales service team for selling value-added services to the existing client base.  
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
 
  -  10+ years of experience in Commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC Systems  
-  This role will Manage and work closely with the Regional RMs to oversee Projects execution  
-  Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.  
-  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
 -  This role needs extensive travel across PAN India
