As the Finance Head in our organization, your role will be crucial in contributing to the company's growth by developing long-term financial strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing resource utilization. You will be responsible for fostering profitability, ensuring liquidity, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your focus will be on creating budgets, managing risks, and overseeing financial operations to align financial processes with strategic goals and maintain cash flow efficiency. Staying updated with current events and business trends will be essential to support sustainable success. Key Responsibilities: - Strong experience in accounting software platforms and handling full cycle bookkeeping. - Budgeting and forecasting. - Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to Management. - Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors. - Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts. - Financial reporting and analysis. - Investigate budget variances and provide financial insights for decision making. - Analyze and document financial data for accurate journal entries and reporting. - Banking, compliance, and audits. - Monitor bank accounts, depositary agreements, and prepare monthly reports. - Support company audits and tax preparation, coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants. - Multi-tasking with multiple client accounts. - Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors/clients/stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 1 year of total work experience in finance is preferred. - Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
